A selection committee will be formed to include members of each of the Partner country HEIs. This committee will be responsible for developing a selection policy, the application itself, and the application process as a whole. All eligible candidates will be interviewed and the best candidates will be chosen. To ensure an unbiased approach to selecting candidates, the procedure for accepting will be spelled out in advance. To verify the outcome of this action, the selection policy will be written in the program policy manual once it is completed.  Lastly, a list of program participants will be posted to the program website.
